On May 28, 2025, the grand opening ceremony of Shanghai Jurongda Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yuma Technology, along with the unveiling ceremony of the New Materials Innovation Joint R&D Center co-established by Yuma Technology and Donghua University, was solemnly held in Shanghai.

Shanghai Jurongda Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yuma Technology. Based in Shanghai and servicing the Yangtze River Delta, the company focuses on the dual-driven strategy of "new materials R&D + intelligent technology applications", committing to building a technological high ground and an industrial ecosystem hub.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Sun Chengzhi, Chairman of Yuma Technology, stated: “The establishment of Jurongda is a key initiative in advancing Yuma Technology’s ‘innovation-driven' strategy.
